Oh man you need to download latest mod - http://truckersmp.com/en_US/download
and try to INSTALL IT as administrator
If it not work, uninstall current TruckersMP mod and also delete TruckersMP (ETS2MP) folder. After do it, install it again

You can be police office with car only in singleplayer game, as normal player in multiplayer you can't use it, all server will automaticaly kick you.

ETS2 > 1.24.2.2s
ATS > 1.3.1.1s

You need to start singleplayer (version 1.24.x) on your steam account, and you can choose normal or WoTR job ingame.
TruckersMP now support only 1.23.x where is WoTR job non-compatible and you also cant see it on their website.
We are all waiting for new TruckerMP update, because of some good news
1.24 - new DLC and advanced coupling - only singleplayer fo now
1.23 - no new DLC and advanced coupling - SP and multiplayer available

It look like that you have problem with your sound driver or sound card... Try to reinstall sound driver (realtek....)
