    PeterMacPL's post in Remaping "V" key for voice chat problem on Xbox One controller was marked as the answer   
    I know that, that's why I have to use third party software for remaping this buttons from keyboard to gamepad.
    But already fixed my problem as I described below, I had to set Joy2Key as Adminstrator mode and now everything work perfect, I have "V" key on my gamepad.
