This little spot here is a delivery and pickup zone, but it has no non-collision area associated with it, resulting in chaos.

As mentioned before, try waiting for a while. Especially after re-installing TMP and ETS2.

The in-game 'date' has to be synced with the server, which means the game has to catch up through at least 1500-2000 in-game days, if not more. This process can take up to 15 minutes and usually freezes ETS2, but doesn't crash the game.
