I think its probably something to do with coding only used to the previous player limit and not 'removing' them from your nearby list as they reach a certain distance from you. Just my thoughts, admin etc couldd probably explain it better if Im right or tell me Im wrong

U need to downgrade ur game version,probably ETS autimaticlly upgrade ur game to 1.26.3 u need to have 1.26.2 

go to steam -> library  then RMB on ETS2 then click properties then BETA and pick TEMPORARY 1.26.x somewhere on the bottom of the list, after this check if its working

Europe 1 only working for me now... 2 and 3 are offline.
