this, people need to learn how to drive and be a bit more social/friendly and patient. and of course, for those who just refuse to behave, recording and reporting helps filter out the bad drivers, if even a handfull of people would do this the problem would be solved in a matter of days.

simple question, sometimes i record a situation where one player does something he really should not do causing an accident involving another player. the question is: should i report such events, even if i'm not involved in any way?
