No more missions ! HELP !

Good evening, there is no more missions (I don't have my own truck) and when I search for an answer, I find an good solution. But this solution need that I have to edit : ETS2 > profil > myprofil(250464604fdf52d7f05d a thing like that) ! But I don't have any profile in this document so I am blocked !

Bonsoir, je n'ai plus ne missions rapides ! Et lorsque je cherche mon problème sur le forum je trouve des réponses. Cependant, dans mes documents Euro Truck Simulator 2 > profiles, il n'y a pas mon profile ! HELP !
