How do people get the volvo trailer? I've seen a few but I could never find it It's just the basic trailer thats blueish color and has white volvo text on it.

Everytime i plugin my xbox 360 controller I have to use input assistant in order for it to recognize it, and it ruins my keybinds I set for them. How can I always have the xbox360 controller selected?
