Why is the waiting to be an admin, 1 year from last ban, and not 6 months?

The reason why we do not allow players with a ban in the previous 12 months to apply for any of our teams is that if we see that the player recently violated our in-game rules, how could they enforce them themselves? Unless we can see that the player has changed, and this takes a minimum of 12 months, we won't take the risk of recruiting a player to become a Game Moderator when they violate the rules themselves. We have no plans to change the minimum amount of time since the last ban to 6 months since this is a global requirement that applies to all of our teams. Because of this, we won't make an exception for the Game Moderation Team, of course.
