This game crashing then several minutes later

Lanzoone30

Question

Hello everyone, lately the online TruckersMP crashes after a while, and my query goes if it is just me, or does the same thing happen to many people? Before update 1.37 everything was working wonderfully, and with this latest version the problems started, my idea would be that it is a TruckersMP problem, because I never had any problems related to the game itself. Usually crashes between 25 minutes later and up to 45 minutes later. It simply closes and leaves no error file or window as usual. It's me? Or is it the online that has flaws ?. In advance thanks for the help.

Hey  @Lanzoone30,

1. Suggestion

1-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
4-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
5-) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
6-) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

Hello, @Lanzoone30

The error you encountered;Since 1.37 update is a big update, your system may not be enough.Try to drop the graphics and enter the game again. Also try playing the game in secluded locations. If a problem does not occur, it is due to your system. But if you still encounter a problem, look at the red text on the bottom left or the error that comes up.Throw the error text you encountered here.
I hope this article helped you.

Well, I tell you that I managed to solve the game and it was not a problem with the launcher to TruckersMP Online, it was a Windows 10 problem as I suspected, I had to install a cumulative update (KB4565503) of the latest Build 2004 of Windows 10 and absolutely everything was solved. Thank you very much everyone for your suggestions and help.

@Stubborn__ Everything is already arranged, thank you very much.
