Hey, quick question. I'm not able to apply for any position, this is due to my bans but they were 2 years ago. Is there any chance to avoid this problem and apply for a position as I'm really interested.

It's not because they are 2 years old, it's because you have 4 total bans which automatically disqualifies you from applying for any position. You can have a maximum of 3 total bans, not more.

In short the answer is no.

In the application it states and I quote;

Quote

Must have no more than 3 bans

 

As you have your TMP account set to public - it can be seen that you have a total of 4 bans. The only thing you can do is send a Feedback ticket to HR explaining your situation.
