Speed Limiter stays Enabled?

Hey,

 

Suddenly the speed limiter option in settings stays checked, I've tried going into Multiplayer to disable it and then go back into Multi but whenever I join Multiplayer it re-enables every time.

The Multiplayer settings have Speed limiter disabled, Not sure whats going on.

 

I thought it might be the server (EU) Simulation 1,

But I was able to go faster than 56mph yesterday but today it's just stuck at 56 and other players are able to overtake me easily.

 

Anyone know why this could be happening and how to fix it?

 

EDIT: It seems to have started happening the moment I linked my Profile to WOT, but I'm not actually taking any WOT Jobs, I took one of them so that may have enabled it but now it can't been removed.

If this is the case, how can I 'fix' the issue?
