Hey there,

a little bit more informations would be really helpful. Like for example,

what windows are you using currently? If it is windows 7

In advance, here are a few solutions you could try.

 - Try updating your graphic drivers (if possible)

If you should be using windows 7 try to download the Windows 7 Service pack, install it and then follow the steps below.

1. Start a command line as an administrator (cmd)

2. Run the command: sfc /scannow

3. Wait, and then restart your computer

4. Run a single game in x64 DirectX mode

5. Drive a short distance

6. Exit Game

7. Start multiplayer

- Also run the truckersmp launcher as an administrator

I hope your problem gets fixed by any of these solutions, if not, i will await for more infos from you :)

Best Regards

Zysto

Have a nice day!

Hi! It would really help if you'd send us your game-log, after it crashes!

You can find it here:          C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\game.log.txt

Hello again!

Sadly you posted the wrong logs. I can't do anything with these. You need to send us the game.log file, that is created AFTER the game crashes! (located in C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\game.log.txt

Have a good day!

Ok, I don't know for sure, if it will work, but please try all of this:

  • Install latest version of graphics card driver/Windows updates

  • Try to run Euro Truck Simulator 2 in OpenGL Mode. To do this, you have to start the game on steam and do this:

qO5rpnn.png and click play!

Now load your profile and save it! Exit the game. Try to play multiplayer and see if it fixed the problem.

  • If nothing help, then please try to create a new profile without mods and try to play multiplayer with that new profile!

If it crashes again after you've tried all of the steps above, please send me the new game.log and tell us what Windows version you have!

I hope it helps and works!

Hey Tiflow,

1. Suggestion

1-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
4-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
5-) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
6-) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

2. Suggestion

You can check this video.

Hey @Tiflow!

Try turning off your PC and :

1. check your Ram memory, so take it out once and put it back in after 2-3 minutes.

2. keep an eye on the temperature of your PC, maybe it doesn't cool down properly, your PC could get too hot and the game will crash.

3. once you have the PC open, check all cables.

4. keep all drivers of your programs on the PC up to date.

5. check that you have enough space on your hard drives.

I used this checklist to correct the error.

Happy Trucking!
