How to tune a truck in such a way?

At the beginning I am sorry if I asked the question in the wrong place and thank you for any help. How can I implement such additions to the MP (cabin, flags, bottles etc.)?

are these mods from the steam workshop or do you have to fumble with save?

They are DLC from steam that you can locate on the ETS2 store page of steam. However, they do cummed at a price, good luck.

This is done using local addon hookups. This means that the user can only see it on their local side. No one else can see it.
