As some have already stated the weakers PCs will have unecessary extra lag due to this. Furthermore this feature would not benefit any Patrons as seeing an extra few hundred metres around you does not change how fun or enjoyable the game would be which is what most Patrons pay for. A lot of things would need to be reworked for a rather small benefit. It is either having current dev came 'distance' or unlimited like Game Moderators have.
