Connection error for TMP

Hello, I heard your cannot start launcher TMP with a connection error, I hope my reply can help you.

 

When you start the TMP launcher, the error shown below.

Please follow my steps to resolve this issue:

>>>Close all proxy connections (the method shown below)

>>>Resetting your network adapter (Reference documents: http://www.home-network-help.com/netsh-winsock.html )

>>>Restart your Computer and TMP launcher(If it still appears a connection error,please use steps below)

 

>>>Turn router(or Network terminal equipment) off for 5 minute and restart it.

>>>Changing DNS to Google's Public DNS or Cloud Flare Public DNS(1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1) (Reference documents: https://www.techworm.net/2016/08/change-default-dns-google-dns-fast-internet-speeds.html )

>>>Turn off the firewall (Reference documents: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028544/windows-10-turn-microsoft-defender-firewall-on-or-off )

>>>Restart your Computer and TMP launcher.

 

>>>If you still can’t do start TMP launcher and appears a connection error, Please using a VPN and try again !<<<

Hello, 

Have you tried running TruckersMP  through troubleshoot / trouble shoot your internet connection? 

TruckersMP
- Right click on TruckersMP application
- Click troubleshoot 

Internet connection
- Go to your windows settings 
- Click update and security 
- Click troubleshoot 
- Click "internet connection"
- Then click "run troubleshoot"

After doing one of this solutions, try loading up TruckersMP as administrator, hopefully this works.
