Unknown Authentication Error

Hi, when I attempt to login to my TruckersMP on ETS2, I am greeted with this error.

Hello,

First of all try running the game as administrator. Then check if your antivirus and/or firewall are conflicting with the game.

Hi, I've disabled my antivirus and ensured there's exceptions for ETS in my firewall, have just reinstalled after deleting all of the TruckersMP folder. I will attempt a restart and see if it helps.

 

Update: Thank you! Just restarted (and updated Windows in the process) and now it works. Solved

That's good news! Just to be sure - I wouldn't recommend keeping your antivirus turned off, you should be able to make an exception for TMP (although just the firewall might have been enough to fix it).
