[Help] FATAL ERROR - Crash log file.

When I entered the TruckersMP, this error occur when I write the chat. This problem is not solved yet. I try to solve this problem myself watching the Solution btw my problem is not solved. can you help this problem?

 

 

Situlation : When I'm writting the Chatting in game, this FATAL ERROR Occurred.

 

 

Already doing the Solution

- Run as Administrator

- Reinstalling the TruckersMP Launcher

- Reinstalling the ETS2 Steam

- Remove the TruckersMP folder in %programdata% and run the truckersmp launcher

Maybe try the Following Solution and see if that will help u fix ur Problem:

if that won´t work, try some of these Solution´s and see if they help:

 

Solution 1

Try running TruckersMP launcher as an administrator.

 

Solution 2

Try to verify the integrity of the files via Steam. Guide

 

Solution 3

Go to Documents -> Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator), delete config.cfg file and then launch the game.

 

Solution 4

Run a System file checker on your computer then launch the game in DirectX 64-bit mode. Guide

Can you let me know what OS you have (Windows 10, Windows 7 etc.)

Also make sure you have DirectX 11 or above.

Anyway, try doing the following:

1. Open Steam

2. Go to Library and click Home

3. Click Euro Truck Simulator 2

4. Click Play

5. Select the option Launch with OpenGL (64-bit) and click Play

6. Drive a short distance in single-player and then close the game

7. Restart your PC

8. Open the TruckersMP Launcher.

 

See if that works. 

 

If NOT;

1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2.  Enter %programdata% and press Enter
3. Find the folder TruckersMP and delete that folder
4. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named TruckersMP Launcher
5. Re-install Launcher with admin privileges: https://truckersmp.com/download/ .

Also make sure you have steam open when launching TruckersMP and try launching the game as administrator.
