How do I pimp my truck like this dude?

The truck to the right of me here with green color. How do I get sideskirts like that? And some of the trucks I see also got a ton of lights around them. Is this ingame or is there a mod I have to download? Thanks for the help!

What do you mean exactly? I've customized my truck as much as I can, but I cannot find sideskirts and extra lights that goes around the truck at all! I am a complete newbie to this

For side skirts you can only have a single rear axle

The side skirts are (at most trucks) only available when you have the 4x2 axle.
