Suggestion name: Make position history more transparent

Suggestion Description: My idea would be to make the team position history more transparent. I have 2 different ideas in mind how would it be better, but only one of them looks like almost perfect for me. The pictures are from my history. I edited it a bit to not include the mistake. See images below.

- The first one differs from the current one only in that it has coloured rank names. In my opinion, this is already more clear than the current one where everything is grey. The second picture shows that what do I have in my mind to earn the best transparency.

- The second picture shows that what do I have in my mind to get the best transparency. I worked a lot on different skins, and the outcome was that the second picture contains the best outlook in my opinion. Using arrows made it better than any other attempt from me. It is very easy to see that what team did the staff member leave, and what team did he join in. Combined with the rank colours, the result is a great and clear skin.

Why it should be added?: There are some staff members / retired team members who have extremely long history, and it would make overseeing it much easier. Honestly, I don't know if it's possible to use arrows there, but if not, applying the first solution could already make it better.
