Just for that there are team members who handle the reports. All you have to do is record the game and if and when someone breaks the rules and you get hurt as a result you can report him and he will bear the consequences for his actions depending on the evidence you provide.

 

Currently it is not possible to return the money or make the offender pay to the injured but I hope that in the future there will be such a system and then also the players who do not respect the rules will bear the consequences and you too will be compensated for the damage to your vehicle.

if you have a good computer, start recording and report to Truckersmp and they will be banned.

frankly plain & simple cars should not be on this game especially for mp as it shown on many cases that cars can't be handled by players at all as I always say it is a Truck simulation game not a car game this is why scout cars are reckless as players cannot drive with them but yeah it is what it is just report the cars who crash into you to avoid the pain

Well from that clip, honestly that was your own fault for tailgating. Unless he was blocking you from over taking in the other lane, I don't think anything will happen to them.
