Question

I was playing the game via TruckersMP and then a dialogue box opened "game crashed send game.crash file to developers" my monitor screen turned black but was able hear the game sound then i quit the using task manager. This occurs only when using TMP. Please help!!!

Good morning @Vaasan08,

You can also try this:

 

Fix 1 - Run the game as admin

 

Fix 2 - Verify the game integrity

-> Go to Steam Library -> Right-click Euro Truck Simulator 2 -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Files

 

Fix 3 - Reinstall TruckersMP

-> On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time -> %programdata% -> Right-click the TruckersMP folder and select delete -> Go to C:\Program Files\ -> Right-click the TruckersMP Launcher folder and select delete -> Go to TruckersMP website (https://truckersmp.com/download/) and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges 

 

Fix 4 - Run with DirectX11

-> Go to Steam Library -> Click the play button -> Select Launch with DirectX11 (64-bit) option -> Choose your profile and drive sometime -> Close the game -> LaunchTruckersMP as admin.

 

Fix 5 - Update Windows

-> Search config in the browser -> Updates -> Search for updates

 

Fix 6 - Update drivers:

-> Update your graphics card driver.

Hello Vaasan08 

If you want to start your game with 64-bit OpenGL,
follow these steps:
1) Go to your Steam library
2) Click on your ETS2 game and select "play"
3) Select "Launch with OpenGL" 64 bit
4) Drive a short distance and save and exit your game
5) After launch your multiplayer
