Give them more time, it can take longer, if they have more reports/don't have time!

It usually doesn't take longer than a week though!

Hello,

 

You can report users on the website if you have appropriate evidence.

Do note that the website reports can take 1 week or longer depending on how many website reports there are.

When you report on the website, it will take longer your for report to be viewed, but if the evidence is good, your report will be accepted.

This could take some time.

Reporting does help, if there are game moderators online and doing reports... It's still worth trying to make an in game report, but if the report times out, then you can report it on the website.

There are probably many reports currently on the subject of the pandemic, there are many players, and the number of reports must be much greater than the usual amount, be patient that they will take it.

A recommendation is that you make reports on the website more than in the game because it is very unlikely that they will accept it in the game.
