Do you get charged more for using 'non stop' tolls?

I have been playing a lot recently going through lots of toll plazas in the different countries and I am interested to know, do you get charged more for using the 'non stop' booths rather than the adjacent ones where you have to stop and press enter? 

I always see the price of the 'non stop' booths being quite high but I am not sure if thats the proper toll price or like a fine thing for using that rather than the normal stop booths.
