i have unsupported game version... 

deaktived beta updating in steam, i have Regedit checked, Game + Steam + ETS2MP reinstalled + Documents from all ets2 inclusiv deleted and not work + as Run adminastor
This MP will not Funktion can who help to me please

You seem to have a really, really old Version of our Launcher, that is not how it looks nowadays.

Please completely uninstall it and download it again from our Website: https://truckersmp.com/download

After you have installed it, the Launcher should look like this: http://prntscr.com/rvkauz
