Duplicating Profiles for Multiplayer

Hey everyone! I'm new to the multiplayer stuff and am wanting to duplicate my single player profile. I have read lots of forums and kinda got it figured out except for one issue. I don't have a decryption tool. On all the forums ive looked at it takes me to a page that says I am not authorised to read. "On the Scs software forum website." Just wondering what or where I can go to get something that'll work for me and if this sounds completely wrong could someone point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. That is the guide I am following. The link he has for the decryption tool doesn't work as I am not able to view that forum the link tells me.
