FATAL ERROR / CRASH.LOG

Hello! My English is a bad one ... I searched the forum to solve this problem, I tried to solve it in several ways, I can't get over it. What would be the problem and how could I solve it? Sorry if I posted where I shouldn't, but I'm a beginner.

Can you let me know what OS you have (Windows 10, Windows 7 etc.)

Also make sure you have DirectX 11 or above.

 

Anyway, try doing the following:

 

1. Open Steam

2. Go to Library and click Home

3. Click Euro Truck Simulator 2

4. Click Play

5. Select the option Launch with OpenGL (64-bit) and click Play

6. Drive a short distance in single-player and then close the game

7. Restart your PC

8. Open the TruckersMP Launcher.

 

See if that works. 

 

If NOT;

 

1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2.  Enter %programdata% and press Enter
3. Find the folder TruckersMP and delete that folder
4. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named TruckersMP Launcher
5. Re-install Launcher with admin privileges: https://truckersmp.com/download/ .

 

Also make sure you have steam open when launching TruckersMP and try launching the game as administrator.

The first option I tried, it does not work.

Hello again, Sorry to hear about it. I think this solution will solve your error.

 

Following the steps below, you can solve your problem:

1. Uninstall TMP via windows

2. Open regedit. Search Truckersmp and delete every result

2.1 Open regedit and now search ETS2MP and delete every result

3. Manually delete any TruckersMP's folder created when laucher was installed

4. Download TMP laucher again

5. Install TMP laucher AS ADMINISTRATOR

 

Also make sure you have steam open when launching TruckersMP and try launching the game as administrator.

If you have tried these solutions, Your error should have been resolved. The error is most likely caused by your computer. If you submit a support ticket. The support team will help you.
