Hello @Mike_hyde1994

 

It would be really helpful if you could tell us why exactly you need to create a new profile to play. Is it because the old one just disappeared or because of some other bug?

Hello @Mike_hyde1994,

 

I suggest you to disable your ETS2 Steam could. Maybe there are some problems with the different folders "profiles" and "steam_profiles" in your Documents\Ets2 -folder. Just try the following steps:

 

1. Open your Steam Game Library.

2. right mouse click onto Euro Truck Simulator 2

3. Choose "Properties"

4. Navigate to the tab "Updates" and disable (untick) "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization"

 

Try again to create a profile. Hopefully, it will be visible after you saved & closed your game and reopened it again.
