PING Help

I have had issues with my ping yesterday, I have played on the servers before and not had any issues so it took me by surprise that I was kicked for having a 600ms ping.

 

Upon further inspection I had the window open while completing a delivery to check my ping as I drive, I was hovering around 30-50 ping but still get kicked for 600 ping? can anyone on here shed some light on this?

Thanks for the quick reply, I am not having issues per say with ping I have the box open that shows the ping and I get kicked for having a 600 ping but in the box that updates every second or so shows I have a ping between 30-50.

 

This is where I am getting confused my internet is more than good enough to cope and I have a very low ping when i speed test as I am on a wired connection.

Sure thing. Maybe the Guide will still work, because u sometimes get a high ping only even if steam starts to download something in the backround whitout u knowing and then in the next second u get kicked for the High Ping issue. Other then that maybe that will fix ur issue by try the following Guide, maybe this will help u:

Hi @stottyla2015,

 

In my opinion, these were temporary problems with the TruckersMP server. At 14:35 and 18:35 utc over 100 players suddenly left the server. This is quite unusual and may suggest a problem.
