Thank you for using our Forum in order to ask for any related support questions. That trailer unfortunately breaks our rules as it is bug abuse due to the Special Transport not being supported by TruckersMP. 
 

if you are wanting to report the user regarding their trailer you are more than welcome to use our report system at https://truckersmp.com/reports, where a Game Moderator will deal with as soon as possible. 
 

if you are unsure on how to create a report, you are more than welcome to use this article where it will help you with creating a report  ticket : https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/8. 
 

I look forward in hearing from you if I have answered any questions you may have.
