esfendetish
Hi all I'm not native, sorry for my english. I want to join but I see that there are very little players (just 36 atm) in the US servers, is always the same or it has more people playing in another time of the day?. Thanks! Interstate Nomad
Generally, I believe that ATS unfortunately is not as popular as ETS2 which is why the number of players usually is significant lower. You might find more players online in ATS at a different time of the day considering the different time zones.
esfendetish
Thanks for the information, will it be very laggy if I play in the EU servers? I have a good internet connection (100M)
Granite [SVK]
ATS EU server isn't any more crowded than US server, actually it peaks even lower - around 200-250 players on EU server and around 400-500 players on US server. Obviously, peak times are different - you can see the stats here https://stats.truckersmp.com. I can play on US server with ping around 120-130 without noticable lags, but it depends on your connection. You can try joining EU server and see what it's like for you, if everyone you encounter is jerking back and forth, than it's probably you lagging. Reaper9518
I believe that at night you will find people there, depending on your time zone.
[VIVA] JagerShot84
There are different US Servers, the one I'm usually on seems to be pretty well populated in the evenings. 8:00pm - 12:00am Eastern Standard Time.
Rainguy
Generally in the US afternoon it starts to fill up throughout the night it peaks at maybe 400 during the week and 600-700 on weekends
Trucking Gekco
It honestly depends on when you join the server, yesterday there was about 400 players later in the evening.
RossFlys
I tend to find that the quieter servers are the best ones. Obviously everybody is different though.
blankasbeast
well quiet servers can be nice, but i miss the times, where you got high traffic up there in belingham i love it do drive difficult ways combined with high traffic
[TR-Team]*EM_Edmund
It has fewer truckers than does the ETS2, but when you go to somewhere near Seattle and Salt Lake City in US-SIM server at 10 pm ET, you will see many truckers, from what I've seen. Kane Jr
I work night shift so when I hop on on my days off at night it's usually pretty peaceful. I still encounter a few questionable drivers online, though.
