I can't connect my profile with world of trucks

Problem: There is a problem in connecting my profile with world of trucks.It writes that I haven't got the game in my steam.I'm sure that I have got this game.All my passwords are correct.I would like to attach some photos of this problem.

I see your steam profile is set to pivate.

In order to allow World of Trucks access information from your steam profile, you must change privacy setting of your steam profile to public

Some subcategories, like Game details, Inventory or Comments can be set to friends only.

@Granite I did everything as you write to me but when I turn on the game and I go to log in with the world of trucks it asks for an email and password.I wrote my email and password of the registration of world of trucks site and the answer is that : This game is not registrated to this network account

In this picture, it is said that "Already connected to another account". So did you connect to anther account ?

Try connecting your account WOT with another profiles in game

2 years ago I used another account and i was connected with this account on the world of trucks but I deleted this account from Euro Truck Simulator 2 MP.I wanted to start from the beginning.I also tried to connect with another profile and failed

Can I ask you some questions ?

You mean: 2 years ago, you bought an account, then you deleted it and after that you buy new account (meaning buy new ETS2 account) which you are using now ?

And two accounts ETS2 are registered by two different steam accounts or they are one ?

@[ETS2MCG] Kien Giang No, I deleted my account only from the game.I bought the game in 2016 on steam.I have had this steam account for 5 or 6 years, and I have never used another account.

Game profiles have nothing to do with this, you can connect any number of game profiles with world of trucks .

What matters is the steam profile where you own the game, and this steam profile must be connected with world of trucks account.

Only one steam account can be connected with world of trucks account, and I am not sure if you can like unregister you steam account, once it is connected with world of trucks account.

On the 3rd picture it says "already connected to another account", on another picture it says you have completed 42 jobs on this world of trucks account.

That means this World of Trucks account is already connected to different steam account.

Are you sure that you are not using different steam, than what this WoT account is linked with?

Is it possible, that you have purchased another copy of the game on another steam account? (didn't see the post above)

In that case, you will need to create new world of trucks account and connect it with your current steam account.

 

When you log into your world of trucks account, go to account options, there is section "connected games".  It should look like this when properly connected, what it looks like for you?

I tried to make a new account on the World of Trucks site with the same steam account, but it failed. I've tried many times to fix this problem but most probably can't, thanks for the help.I will try to find a solution somehow
