Hello @Hosam_ch,

Try logging in to TruckersMP as an Administrator if this doesn't help.
Then try directly in the authorization menu to disable your mouse and reconnect. I think this should help.

Best regards,
Helion Prime.

Hello @Hosam_ch,

Please try the following:

> Go to: /Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2.

> Delete the "config.cfg" file.

> Now go to: /Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles/{Your profile iD}.

In this folder, delete the "config" and "controls.sii" files.

 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

> Then try and load up ETS 2 in singleplayer.

> Once you load into the main menu, Save and Quit.

> Now load up TruckersMP.

Hopefully this should resolve your issue.

If not, try using another mouse (if you have one) to see whether the issue is with the mouse rather than the game.

Please let me know if this helps.

Kind regards,

[Plasma] Sergey.

Dear @Hosam_ch,

It looks like a driver issue.

Method 1:

Please follow the steps to run hardware troubleshooter on the computer and check if that helps you:

1.  Press Windows and X key together and select Control Panel.

2.  Click on Troubleshooting.

3.  Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.

4.  Click on Hardware and Devicesoption.

5.  Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

Method 2:

Uninstall the mouse drivers from device manager:

1. Press “Windows + R” keys to open Run window.

2. Type devmgmt.msc in the run option and click Ok.

3. Search for the mouse or touchpad drivers and right click the mouse driver listed and click Uninstall.

4. Click Uninstall, restart the computer and check if that helps you.

I hope these methods will solve your issue.

Have a nice day.

Best Regards,

Next7
