Hi there! 

 

Please try to run the launcher as administrator to see if this resolves your issue, then you should make sure that you are using the latest version of the TMP launcher that can be found on the official website. You could also try to uninstall and reinstall the whole launcher. But make sure that process eurotrucks2.exe is not running. Try to delete file manually (C:/ProgramData/TruckersMP/core_ets2mp.dll).

If that also doesn't work, I would also recommend that you submit a ticket to the TruckersMP Support Team here and then put it under the category "Technical Issues" and describe the issue that you are currently facing, for them to help you out.

Hello,

 

Please follow my steps: 

1. Go to Documents
2. Delete the ETS2MP Folder
3. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
4. Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)
5. Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
6. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
7. Re-Download the launcher and install
8. Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
