0 ItsHarryUK Posted January 6, 2020 Author Share Posted January 6, 2020 Hey there, I got that sorted but when I donated to the Christmas Convoy you get an Award for doing it I sent £30 for it but I seem no reward I got told to do a feedback Ticket but I not heared anything for awhile now. All you can do is wait, I’m afraid, and because the staff have just returned back from the Christmas holidays, they are trying to catch up on feedback tickets, support tickets, reports etc.. Also, because Digital was the one who organised the Christmas Convoy, he is the one who is receiving feedback for the award from every person who donated, so it will take a while, but every ticket is checked from start to finish and you will not be forgotten!
