Winter Mod doesnt work, ETS2.

I downloaded Winter mod like in this video:

and this video:

but I cant play. I downloaded it in ETS2MP mod, and I get this error:

I reinstall the mod, the ETS2, TruckersMP but I have same problem.

Do anyone know how to fix it ?

Hello, please check below text;

• It is possible that the files are corrupted and therefore need redownloading. Make certain that the files are fully downloaded before transferring them into your mod folder.
• Ensure that you have not renamed any of the mods.
