TruckersMP profile lost

I download ATS TruckersMP and every time i left the game i lost my profile.When i open the game again there is my TruckersMP profile and password but when i get in to server my profile is gone and ask me to make new profile.Please help

I've seen something similar, not sure if it will be of help, but try checking if your new profile, when you create it, is marked as "Use Steam cloud." If it is, you need to make sure that in Steam settings, the cloud saving is allowed. Another user was having his profile reseted everytime he launched the game and it was because he had his profile as "Cloud saving" but the option was not enabled in Steam.

ty but i just want to start from begining and enjoy this game slowly building my profile and progress but i dont know why when i get in the game my profile is lost and allways need to create a new one
