Hi there, @johnson_mo_zayed

Please check the following solutions below, as it could hep with your connection error:

I. This solution has helped other players recently:

Restart your the router/modem & PC

Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available).

Delete all files from both folders.

Launch the launcher as administrator and try again

II. If it does not help, try this solution:

Cleaning your temporary System Files with CCleaner.

I hope this helps!

With regards,

Hello :)

Follow these guides:

Solution 1:

Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges: https://truckersmp.com/download/

Solution 2:

Try to turn off your antivirus

Disabling any firewall / antivirus you have.

Try using a VPN or similar service.

Solution 3:

Run TruckersMP Launcher 'as Administrator'',

Turning your router off for 1 minute or 5 min,

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys, open the Task Manager, disable any unwanted programs you dont want running and hogging internet and turn off applications that are running on the background for TruckersMP,

Download Ultrasurf and open launcher with UltraSurf,

Delete TruckersMP Folders on your computer and re-install.

Try to clear your temp files https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=15141

Solution 4:

Open any VPN program and try again.(I advise UltraSurf https://ultrasurf.us/)

Turn off firewall and anti-vuris programs.

Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems

Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache

In order to fix that problem, I recommend you to follow this easy instruction:

 > Goto C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

 > Delete both core_ets2mp.dll files

 > Start Truckersmp launcher as administrator and click on install the files.
