How VTC works Ingame?

So i did the VTC with a friend but we dont know how to use it ingame. I mean, how do we work for the same company? Or how do we buy the same garage? 
We cant find anything ingame related to the VTC we made Online.

First of all, thank you very much for your time to create a topic in the Help section.

 

Creating a VTC on the TruckersMP website does not give you any benefit or something similar in-game. Currently, that is a website feature which does not affect your gameplay.
