Why can't connet to promod1 sever

Have you definitely got every single file that ProMods needs to run, I believe there is 7 of them including the def file.
Check that you still have them all.
Also go onto Steam, open your library, click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and go to the DLC section... I know you said you have all the DLCs, but make sure you have them all enabled/installed.

Checked. And I can still play it offline. It just told me this:

Connection refused. You are banned from the TruckersMP network.

I have already ask for support. Thanks anyway.

Not yet. It still shows this when I connect to promod 1 sever:

 

Connection refused. You are banned from the TruckersMP network.

 

I can only use promod offline or connect to simulator 1 sever now.

This appears to be a server cache issue that other players sometimes have after being unbanned, sometimes you’ll have to wait until the server is restarted at some point to be able to join that server again.

You can still play on other servers (ProMods 2), but generally it isn’t often that the servers are restarted so it may be a while. Or you could try making a support ticket about it for further information, they may have another solution for you: https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create
