I can't download your program from the official website. I click on the Download button - there are no results. Antivirus and firewall are disabled, no changes. What could be the problem?

Would you try clearing your Cookies and cache?

Make sure your browser is configured to allow you to download it. 
 

Personally I’ve not had to turn off or disable a damn thing in order to download something. 
 

After checking to see if the above solution works try downloading with a different browser. (Saying that which one are you currently using?)
