Allowed mods on TruckerSMP

Hello there.

 

I've just recently gotten back into ETS2 and decided to attempt playing TruckersMP for once - however the list of allowed mods is confusing to me.

I'm aware that in the rules it is stated what is allowed; however it is quite confusing to me. I've also searched it up before posting this thread - but all I found was links to threads that doesn't exist anymore.

 

What mods are allowed? (except ProMods on the ProMods servers) I was planning on using some graphics mods, which aren't ReShade or SweetFX.

No local mods are allowed. Only promods files should really be in your “mods” folder should you wish to use that feature and join Promods servers. 

 

Reshade and sweetfx can be used but that’s about it. 
 

Some save editing can be done but do check the rules on what is allowed and what isn’t.

Hello,

 

The official support mods are only promods and snow mods which release in every winter.

 

However, for trailers on steam workshop, some of them will say they also support TMP. Most of them are the trailers from scs and you can get it in the companies but you cannot buy it. What they are doing is they allows you to buy the trailers only can found in companies. For this kind of mod, you can buy in single player and use it online if there are no changes on the trailers or the trailers does not against the rules.
