hi all when i start game i have to put username and pw in and agree to terms but i tick box but they dont save also i do my graphics right set up my controllor all work fine untill i turn game off the when i want to play again i have to put user name and pw back in even tho i tick box and also need to do graphics again and set up my game controllor its like nothing saving hope its all clear any help cheers, ps also open support ticket

Hello,

When you launch the game you need to put your email adress not your username to connect. If you have the problem again you can try to uninstall TruckersMP and resintall it.

hi sorry ment email address i have did all this and unstall game but its still same and same for my graphics setts and controllor sett nothing saves

You can also try :

1) Delete the document folder of ETS2 in "Document" but don't forget to save you're progression ! You can use the steam cloud in your profile settings.
2) Uninstall and reinstall your game.

Does it happen in Single Player or only Multiplayer ? or both Single Player and Multi ?

Have you tried play game with other profiles ?

Have you tried running TMP Launcher program as Administrator. You can do that by right clicking on Launcher and then below you will find "Run as Administrator"

 

And try to verify integrity of game files

Follow these steps to do it:
- Open your Steam Library
- Find ETS2 and right click on it and click "Properties"
- When you do it, one of the tabs should be called "Local Files" , it is located between "Updates" and "Betas"
- After you have done it, you will have 5 options to choose from. Click on "Verify integrity of game files" and wait until it is done.

 

You should start TruckersMP as admin. This is really important.

Also try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)

Guide:

> Go to your steam App
> Go to library
> Go to ETS 2 / ATS
> Click "Play" 
> Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit.
> Start ETS 2
> Choose your profile and press "drive"
> Close ETS 2
> Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again.
