Guest
I started over the game about two weeks ago, I still haven't bought my first truck. I feel like I'm making the biggest and most important decision in my life. So, I've only been doing quick jobs and I already have over €200K. I've looked through all the trucks available to my level and I never thought to get the Volvo FH16 Classic Sleeper, I was worried that it wouldn't be good enough for heavy transportation. But if you and others are saying that it is, then who am I to disagree. Thank you for this amazing guide.

Interstate Nomad
Unless you discover more truck dealers in other cities, you'll be stuck with the Renault truck dealer. However, Renault provides economical and appealing trucks which I can recommend not only for beginners. 1

You can choose any model of them. Chassis, engine and transmission however should meet the jobs requirements. The answer to your question therefore depends on your budget and truck configuration.
