Game Crashing

Hello Everyone, im looking for a solution for my problem, Both Ats & Ets2 games keep closing out when I go to click on one of my profiles, I have reinstalled the launcher, I tried it again still happened, reinstalled the game and it happpend again, I reset my wifi happened again, any solutions? id really hate to come to the worst...

Hello Jake.

I have some questions and suggestions about your issue.

1. Just to be sure, this happens in Singeplayer as well? 
2. If you haven't tried yet, try to make a new profile. It could be the case that your profiles are corrupt somehow. 
3. What server are you trying to connect to? - If Promods server, remember you need ALL of the DLC's. I'm not sure if the game crashes if you haven't though.
4. Do you get any error codes before / after crash?

I hope this could help, else we'll have to dig deeper into the problem.

Hello! I would try to make these two options:

 

1- verify file integrity

2- delete all the profiles you have and make a new one

Do you get any errors come up on your screen and if so what are they?

 

Also could you please send your crash log located in Documents/ETS2MP?

Do you have any mods installed and does your profile work when entering single player? Could you also provide the crash log found in your documents folder of the game.

Quick Question. Are you running the game in windowed mode? If not, try that because my Game seems to run better and not crash when I am using Windowed Mode instead of fullscreen.

If that don't work, try Verifying your Game Cache and or Make a new Game Profile. Let me know how that goes
