Suggestion Name: Driver's license system

Suggestion Description: Every trucker has the opportunity to make multiple courses, to improve their trucking skills.

Why should it be added?: This system would probably make the roads a little bit safe.

Anyone can do their best to pass the driving test and still ram others. This will bring no change in behaviour and is not something we plan on implementing anyway.
