Pilot Cars

Hi all,

 

I have a suggestion that I would like to put forward about the Skoda Pilot Cars;

I personally think that they should only be allowed on the Arcade servers, because it is a Truck Simulator game after all.

So I believe it makes sense to only have Trucks on the Simulation servers (Apart from GM's), and Cars and Trucks on Arcade servers.

I think thats the reason they have simulator servers now.

you get cars, speed limiter and have collisions.

In my opinion i think if they took al the cars to arcade server that the server would be over populated.

Most still like it to play with friends to do some heavy haulage and the friend pilot them with there cars.

Sometims is the car a alternative to enjoy the game instead of hauling big cargo's.

If u use pilot cars like it shoud be, they are a good part of truck simulation. My VTC use them when we have Heavy Cargo convoys. It is a lot of fun and brings damnd good pictures. We wanna use it in the future, too, without are forced to go to the arcarde servers. Our VTC follows the street rules what wil be hard on a arcarde server. Dont punish the good players because of some idiots

I understand what you mean, because the vast majority of players see Skoda on the C-D road, they will think that the trolls are coming, they are rampage, which greatly affects the game experience.

At the same time, Skoda has his meaning and role as a Pilot car. Some VTCs use it to probe the road ahead and use it as a escort vehicle, something that some trucks can't.

So we can only expect more people to abide by the rules of the game, reduce the appearance of trolls, and make our game environment better, which is what we should do as a player.

In summary, Skoda is necessary on any server.

In response, I personally don't have a problem with the cars. It's just some people have to learned how to operate the car. Some may can operate the truck better than the car because it has a lot of weight; therefore, you don't tip over all the time. It would be boring for me to see trucks all day, I love seeing cars and knowing that trucks are no the only thing I have to look at every time I log in.

On the simulator you need a pilot car, because there are still convoys where you need an escort. Yes, as you said, it would not go very well on the skoda simulator.

I think the car is not a problem because it is a simulation game

Pilot cars are essential for some simulation scenarios 

I do not however understand the point of the normal cars in the simulation server

in the early life of the road you see trucks cars and many more vehicles I sometimes disagree as I drive a car but considering the rules of the game and on the road as far as pilot cars I use the signaling and only when escorting many people or heavy people but according to the rules
