This solution has helped other players recently: Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available). Delete all files from both folders. Launch the launcher and try again. 3. Try cleaning your temporary System Files with CCleaner (this solution has helped other player a few weeks ago) In addintional read this topic.
