- Delete TruckersMP from your computer.
- Delete the ETS2MP folder in my documents.
- Delete the TruckersMP folder in the ProgramData.
- Remove if you are using virus program.

 -Net Framework latest version download.
- Restart your computer and modem.
- Download and install the mode from the official website.

 -Download the game and run it as an administrator.

Hello @Whatsatotêm

Check the following below solutions:

1. Restart your the router/modem & PC.

2. This solution has helped other players recently:

  • Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available).
  • Delete all files from both folders.
  • Launch the launcher and try again.

3. If it does not help, try this solution:

  • Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
  • Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
  • Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
  • Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges: https://truckersmp.com/download/

4. Try cleaning your temporary System Files with CCleaner (this solution has helped other player a few weeks ago)

My friend had this problem a couple days ago. Here's what worked for him:

 

1. Close MP
2. Open task Manager
3. Force Close Euro Truck Simulator 2 (It may be running in the background, even if you can't see it. It were for my friend)
4. Open MP and try again
