Cannot find required file

Good night, I installed America Truck Multiplayer, but is giving this error, what can it be?

Boa noite, eu instalei America Truck Multiplayer, porém esta dando esse erro, o que pode ser?

I even got open topic, but was in the wrong place, and a colleague asked to do the following:

Eu até cheguei abrir tópico, porém estava no local errado, e um colega pediu para fazer os seguintes procedimentos:

 

"Hello there,

 

Please try the following:

 

1.) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2.) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3.) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

4.) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

5.) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

6.) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

But I got no result, I followed the procedure 2 times, until the last time I disabled antivirus, but it didn't work

Porém eu não obtive resultado, eu segui os procedimentos 2 vezes, até na ultima vez dasabilitei antivírus, porém não deu certo
