Hello @ozgurbicer,

First of all, thank you for creating a topic in the Help section. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing such an issue.

Could you please provide me with the link of the error screenshot? That would help me to understand what is the issue and how to fix it properly.

For example, you can upload the screenshot on imgur.com website, copy the link and paste in the answer to this question.

Thank you :)

Hey there,

Firstly, if you are seeing the "Connection Error - Retry?" error, you should begin by right-clicking the TruckersMP Launcher icon and choosing "Run as administrator", after that, if you still do not have any luck, please restart your PC.

Should that still not solve your problem, please proceed with the following steps:

1.) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2.) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3.) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
4.) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
5.) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
6.) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

I look forward to hearing from you! Please remember to let us know if your problem has been resolved!

Have a great day!
